Gotham starts back up Monday night and I’m super excited! I knew I liked the show but didn’t realize I’d miss it until it didn’t show for a few weeks. First world problems and whatnot. Speaking of, I wish The Blacklist was coming back Monday as well! I REALLY miss that show!!
Dance Moms returns Tuesday night but I haven’t seen Chloe in any of the reports on the new season. I started watching the show for Maddie. Watching her dance makes my soul feel good! She’s so graceful and pulls me into the feels with that face! Her acting (emoting) is phenomenal for someone so young! How good with the show be without Chloe, though? It was an odd transition with Brooke and Paige left but, no Chloe? Not sure what I think about this. Suppose I should wait and see what happens before deciding if I still want to watch.
Chicago PD ended on a cliff-hanger that’s had me searching Google (once or twice) looking for solid info on whether or not Sophia Bush is leaving the show. SHE CAN’T LEAVE! I like her!! Handcuff her to her desk or something! Chicago Fire left us wondering who took the medics (Peter Mills and Sylvie Brett, character names) and if they’d go as far as to hit that poor homeless guy with a trash truck, what on earth are they willing to do to our beloved members of the house??
Sleepy Hollow. I’m bummed. SERIOUSLY bummed they killed off Orlando Jones (Capt Irving). I was wanting more screen time for his character, not a death scene! Though, dude rocked it OUT! Suppose that leaves more time for Hawley, a character that still needs to grow on me more before I want him on the show.
I didn’t see Stalker listed for Wednesday night on my DVR. Is it not back from “fall break” yet? I’m glad Beth finally told someone about her past and her stalker. I wanted her to tell Jack or, preferably, her whole team. Jack being allowed to visit with his son happened way before I thought it would. Did his son morph into a completely different actor though? Not sure if I just didn’t remember what he looked like or if he was played by a different actor. This sounds horrible probably but I wonder if Beth will still be interesting without having a stalker. Perry was creepy but added a compelling dynamic to Beth.
Here’s a confession I thought I’d NEVER make.
I’m looking forward to season three of Hannibal!! I thought the first season was ok but a bit much with the artsy-fartsy dead body scenes. I have no appreciation for that. I hated the second season but watched with my husband because I thought he was enjoying it. Time together isn’t a bad thing! We talked half-way through the season, however, and decided we’d finish out the current season (I LOVE Laurence Fishburne) but, after that, we were done.
Then we watched the season two finale and OMG!!! NO THEY DIDN’T!!! Did they really kill everyone but Hannibal and Scully Dr. Du Maurier? I can see where it’s possible they all or maybe some survive given Alana called the cops before going in. That was a crapton of blood on the floors, however, so … who knows? I want to find out.
